We do not deliver to PO box numbers.
Our aim is to despatch all orders placed before 14:00 (Monday-Friday) on the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or at weekends will be processed the next working day. For UK orders, goods should normally be received within 2 working days from processing. Overseas orders should normally be received within 5 working days. We use DPD for shipping within the UK, DHL across Europe. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details when your frame ships. All orders will require a signature on delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within the timeframes above. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund. We will attempt to deliver your order to your delivery address as entered on checkout. If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the price of the products (excluding shipping) less £15 to cover our postal and administrative costs. For security reasons, overseas orders will only be delivered to the cardholder’s billing address.
Right of Cancellation
The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order please call us on 07747623595 or email us on email@example.com with details of your cancellation. If you have already receive the products you must carefully repackage them in the original packaging in unused and unmarked condition and return them to us at the returns address shown below. Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. We will credit the price of the cancelled products once we have received and checked that they are in a resale-able condition. We will refund the purchase price but not any delivery costs incurred by us in sending the order to you or incurred by you in returning the goods to us.
We will take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition. However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please call or email us within 3 working days of receipt of your order. We will either replace the goods or arrange a refund as appropriate. We will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Upon contacting us you will get instructions on how to return the goods to us. You will need to obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office or courier for us to be able to refund your postage costs.
For all goods returned, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery as you will be responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
Singular Cycles Limited warranties all Singular frames and forks for material defects and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase for the original owner. The warranty is subject to approval by Singular Cycles Ltd. or by a dealer with the consent of Singular. This warranty is only valid for frames and forks damaged during their normal intended use, and does not cover damage incurred through jumping, hucking, free-riding, stunt riding or other abuses. The warranty only applies to frames when used with the supplied fork, or in the case of the Swift and Hummingbird with a suspension fork of up to 100mm of travel. For disc braked frames the warranty applies only when rotors of up to 185mm (front) and 160mm (rear) are used. This warranty does not cover paint or other finishing issues, dents or other issues arising from normal wear and tear.
Where a frame or fork is determined to be defective by Singular Cycles Ltd. we will repair or replace it at our sole discretion within a period of 28 days of the item being returned. Singular do not cover any costs associated with disassembly or reassembly, nor shipping costs for the return of the item. We will cover costs of shipping when the item is returned to the customer after replacement or repair if it is deemed to be covered under warranty.

We do not make and expressly disclaim to the fullest extent permitted by law any and all representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this website and its contents including without limitation its completeness, accuracy, fitness or suitability for any purpose or freedom from viruses. We, our directors, employees and other agents shall not be liable for damages of any kind including without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential damages, loss of income or profits, loss of or corruption of data, loss of or damage to property or claims of third parties, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control, nor that use of our website will be completely error-free or uninterrupted. We will not be responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for reasons beyond our control.
