Kite

We have the Peregrine which can certainly serve as a cyclocross bike if your ambitions don’t extend beyond the local race scene, or you really need something more sturdy – however if a purebred ‘cross race bike is what you are after then rest assured we’re working on the Kite. While we'd been hoping to have the Kite ready for the 2010/11 cyclocross season, that timing slipped due to unforseen production delays with other models which would have meant the Kite slipping in to early 2011. As there's not a lot of point in launching a 'cross frameset in February, and we really want to have the Osprey ready for spring 2011, we're now aiming for September 2011 with the Kite.

Oh why don’t they make road bikes like this any more? Lovely slim steel tubes, beautiful lugs, classic geometry, classic looks and a classic ride. Well they do - if you want to pay a couple of thousand for a lovely custom one and wait months if not years. Final prototypes are on their way and we should see production frames in spring 2011.
